An out of the regular villa in the centre of Sanur ……… a
surprising design, at only a 5 minutes walk to the white sandy
beach!
The builder/designer of this villa likes to think outside “the
box”…….it doesn’t always have to look according the regular
standards how a villa should look like in Bali. That’s the concept.
The constructor did already build several of these villas and
the result is always surprising and playful.
You will notice this directly when you enter the villa, what you see
is a nice swimming pool surrounded by beach sand, it is like you are
at the beach.
There is a huge covered open terrace that gives you the feeling you
are sitting at the terrace of a beach café.
The villa has three spacious bedrooms, each en-suited with
nice large bathrooms, The bath and bedrooms are also designed and
constructed in a playful style.
The master bedroom is connected with sliding doors to the open
terrace.
The kitchen is of course in the same style of the house and has all
the amenities that a kitchen needs to have.
There is a garage where you can park the car, and also there
is a separate house for the staff. This staff house has a kitchen,
bedroom and bathroom, and could even be used as a separate guest
house, if you do not want to have living-in staff, or as an office
or studio.
The designer/constructor constructed more of these similar
houses and the owners are all very pleased of the quality and new
style of living.
The lease period contract is until 2035 and can be extended
with another 25 years.
